What’s included?
Unlimited Texts, Minutes & Data are subject to a fair usage policy. The fair usage per SIM on unlimited tariffs is set at 3000 minutes & 3000 texts p/month. Any user going over this fair usage policy will receive communication requesting them to moderate their usage. If the usage continues to exceed the fair usage policy terms, Bluetone Business Solutions reserve the right to charge for this usage or bar the services.
Unlimited tariffs will be monitored for fair usage. 650GB will apply to domestic data traffic. Customers who regularly exceed 650GB of domestic usage or regularly tether to more than 12 devices in-line with the Fair Usage Policy will be investigated and we reserve the right to bar and/or charge for excess usage.
Roam Like At Home data usage is limited to 25GB per calendar month and we will charge if usage exceeds 25GB at a rate of £0.0285 per MB. Data Top-Ups are available – please refer to ‘Top-Up Options.

Please Note: Re-signs or renewals on 30 Day Rolling tariffs are permitted after 12 months from the last contract start date, should you wish to change tariffs within the initial 12 months, please refer to the tariff migration rules.
